Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join WorkMotion's Product Team as a Senior Product Manager I and contribute to building a world without borders. This role involves solving complex problems, streamlining internal and external processes, and working with a global team. You will support the product roadmap, conduct market research, collaborate with various teams, analyze data, and mentor other product managers. Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in developing and executing product strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and defining product roadmaps
• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive product performance and decision-making
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions
• Proven ability to mentor and develop other product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Roadmap – Assist in defining priorities and breaking down features
• Conduct Market & User Research – Gather insights to help improve the product
• Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Analyze Data – Track key metrics and suggest improvements based on data
• Solve complex problems & simplify across departmental

Preferred Qualifications

AI knowledge or experience in building products using AI is a big plus
