Senior Product Manager, Business Intelligence Solutions

Requirements

• Strong product management skills, including user-centered design, product thinking, and end-to-end user experience
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer empathy and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement product features
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands
• Experienced with Qlik (or Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and dashboard development
• Experienced in working with data and visualizations

Responsibilities

• Manage Qlik BI frontend extensions from insightsoftware, focusing on end-user touchpoints (frontend, user experience, customization)
• Prioritize feature development, defect resolution, and technical debt for Qlik BI frontend extensions ensuring features are in line with customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and UX Design teams to develop Qlik products and frontend capabilities aligned with the company's vision for Office of the CFO (oCFO)
• Contribute to Vizlib pricing and packaging strategies
• Work closely with the VP of Product and Director of Product on product strategy and collaborate across the organization to ensure product-market fit, feature development, and successful product launches
• Enhance in-product user experience and focus on long-term value delivery. Act as the customer advocate with engineering, ensuring product-market fit and overall product health
• Own and manage the engineering backlog and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader ISW Qlik product goals
• Partner with product marketing managers to achieve product-market fit and support go-to-market strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BI implementation projects
• Familiarity with frontend technologies or UX/UI design principles
• Experience with cloud-based analytics or enterprise-level BI implementations
