Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, as a Principal Product Manager (Document Intelligence). Lead the evolution of Incode’s document verification capabilities, collaborating with engineering to create cutting-edge solutions. Develop and enhance document intelligence capabilities, including OCR and document validation. Work closely with engineering to deliver secure and efficient document capture solutions. Gather customer feedback and monitor performance metrics to optimize products. This remote (USA) role reports to the Head of Product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in document intelligence or related fields
• Strong expertise in OCR, image processing, and document validation
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance document intelligence capabilities, including OCR, document readability, and templating tools
• Lead the creation of document policies tooling to meet diverse client requirements
• Work closely with engineering to deliver secure and efficient document capture solutions
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve document intelligence products
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for higher conversions
