Summary
Join Spring Health as a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our customer data and analytics portal. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand the needs of HR and Payer Benefits leaders. Translate complex data into actionable insights, partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven organization, specifically within healthcare or HR analytics. Some travel is required (<25%), and remote candidates working East Coast hours are welcome. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- You’ve worked for 5+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization with data scientists, engineers, and product designers leading the strategy and execution of analytics products for healthcare (or a regulated industry) or HR analytics
- You have successfully shipped B2B2C products that have driven high win rates, user satisfaction, and engagement
- You have experience meeting directly with customers to deep-dive on requirements, present roadmaps, and demo product functionality
- You can articulate high-level insights from raw data and present these data stories to customers and internal stakeholders, speaking directly to their interests and needs
- You have experience planning for and running sprint ceremonies, ensuring the team is energized and inspired to work on the highest value product areas during each development cycle
- You have experience building products for the enterprise, developing compelling roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
- You are empathetic - listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of customers and users
- You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
- You have experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing
- You have an outstanding track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy and roadmap for a product area, and consistently delivering on KPIs
- You have worked in an ever-changing environment and are able to drive detailed trade-offs during the entire product life cycle
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguous problem areas
- You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic execution
- You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey in which change is constant
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, and are careful and accurate with details
- You possess excellent product judgment; ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholders need
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy & Roadmap for Customer Data & Analytics
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for our customer data and analytics portal to deliver impactful insights and data visualizations
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across HR Leaders, Payer Benefits Leaders, and buyers of Spring Health services
- Understand the end-to-end journeys of members and providers within Spring Health and the broader behavioral health ecosystem to inform impactful data and reporting solutions
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on customer feedback and data
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of Spring Health data and analytics early and often in customer engagements
- Advocate for customer-focused solutions that enhance their experience while improving operational efficiencies for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
- Develop strong partnerships with internal teams (strategy, sales, marketing, data science, and engineering) to identify and address key customer pain points
- Present data-driven insights on the competitive landscape and user behavior to inform product decisions
- Own and drive the product development lifecycle, from defining product requirements and writing user stories to sprint planning and execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and launch high-quality solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights
- Optimize and refine product development processes to ensure timely delivery of impactful features
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in health tech or HR analytics platforms
- Quantitative background (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- Master’s degree or MBA
