Summary

Join Life360 as a Sr. Product Manager and contribute to the development of their core technology platform, ensuring high-quality, accurate location services for their 80 million members. You will be responsible for driving user-centric product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience in core technology teams with a focus on user-facing outcomes, particularly in complex consumer experiences. Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management working on core technology teams powering experiences with >10 million MAU
  • Proven excellence in connecting deep technology problems or platforms to user facing outcomes. Bonus for having done so in complex consumer experiences
  • Experience in effectively working with multiple teams for collaboration and company-wide outcome delivery
  • You have an eye for high quality experiences and a reputation for valuing user experience and building delightful product experiences that stand out from the pack
  • Focus and thoughtfulness on data and analytics to solve problems while being experienced enough to know the limitations of data
  • You naturally gravitate to risk taking and big swings and are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize independently

Responsibilities

  • Outcome Focused: Though embedded with a core technology team you always focus on the outcome the team is driving towards for the end user. You continuously evangelize the outcome for the team and ensure your team is on the path to success
  • User-Centric Approach: Use a deep understanding of our customersโ€™ wants and needs to influence and inform roadmap prioritization and tech design in partnership with engineering, ensuring technology choices are aligned to customer needs
  • Team Catalyst: Work with partners and act as an accelerator to bring new experiences to customers quickly
  • Systems Thinker: Think about and understand the systems that power complex software and see how a symphony of systems working together create the experience an end user will have
  • Craftsmanship: Hold all parts of the team to the highest standards of craftsmanship in service of delivering an exceptional user experience
  • Product Ownership: Work on a cross-functional team thatโ€™s responsible for creating a first-class experience. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Product Execution: Have extremely high agency and do what it takes to ensure product changes land in the hands of our members quickly and at high quality
  • Data-Informed: Define the success criteria for initiatives, using opportunity sizing to prioritize initiatives and understand how audiences are responding to the experiences created for them
