Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven success leading end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery of digital experiences
  • Deep proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and hands-on sprint leadership
  • Excellent qualitative research skills: journey mapping, user interviews, usability testing
  • Comfort with data analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to inform decisions
  • Entrepreneurial, bias-for-action mindset: thrive in ambiguity, prototype rapidly, learn continuously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our members’ journey—identify drop-off points, pain areas, and moments to influence behavior
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions (personalized nudges, smart triage flows, proactive insights) that both streamline processes and drive better clinical outcomes
  • Translate strategic goals (improved outcomes + operational efficiency) into an outcome-focused roadmap
  • Prioritize AI and non-AI initiatives alike based on their projected impact to member engagement, retention, and key clinical metrics
  • Lead our distributed scrum team end-to-end—sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retros
  • Ensure every feature, from simple UI tweaks to advanced automation, aligns with member needs and technical feasibility
  • Define and track success metrics (activation, engagement, NPS, retention, clinical adherence)
  • Use analytics tools and direct member feedback to run A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine AI models and UX flows
  • Serve as the primary product liaison: present vision, roadmap, and results—including AI pilots and performance—to the Co-CEO and executive team
  • Keep cross-functional partners aligned on trade-offs, timelines, and the interplay between Member and Clinical products
  • Embed an experimental mindset across all initiatives: pilot new automation concepts, learn rapidly from outcomes, and scale successful approaches into our core Member Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or behavior-change products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical integration patterns
  • Background working with distributed or remote teams across time zones
  • Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience

  • A highly collaborative, mission-driven culture where your ideas have direct impact
  • Close mentorship from founders and senior leaders who have built and scaled digital health products
  • A hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Vienna office and flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits tailored to support your health and wellbeing
