Senior Product Manager, Data - Care Model Insights

Summary
Join Thyme Care as a Product Manager for Care Model Insights (CMI) and lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts. You will generate insights to improve the care model, build data products to understand the performance of the 100-person Care Team, and support key outcome reporting to partners. Collaborate with software engineering, data science, care delivery operations, marketing, and growth teams to build valuable data products. Within three months, deeply embed yourself in Care Team workflows, gather input from stakeholders, develop a roadmap, become an expert on data systems, and serve as a connector between tech teams. This role requires stakeholder management, comfort with ambiguity, experience in product-led companies, strong communication skills, organization, experience in net-new development, humility and integrity, adaptability, and an operational orientation. The base salary is $175,000 to $190,000.
Requirements
- Develop strong relationships with internal partners through effective stakeholder management
- Have experience working on highly ambiguous problems, where solutions are developed via a rigorous and intellectually honest iterative process
- Have a view on how product-led companies should operate
- Be technical enough to discuss tradeoffs with data scientists and get your hands dirty with data
- Be willing to invest time to learn
- Clearly explain technical ideas and concepts to non-technical teammates
- Be skilled in juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure without sacrificing organization in your communications and documentation
- Have built and deployed web applications and data products from the ground up
- Be able to visualize ideas through mockups and prototypes and find creative solutions to tough problems

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to generate insights that lead to improvements in our care model
- Build data products that help us understand the performance of our 100 person (and growing) Care Team
- Support key outcomes reporting to our partners
- Collaborate across our software engineering, data science, care delivery operations, marketing, and growth teams to build data products that deliver value to the business and ultimately serve those who are on their cancer journey
- Deeply embed yourself into the workflows of our Care Team and use data to diagnose and solve high impact problems that the team face on a day-to-day basis
- Continually gather input from cross-functional stakeholders to develop a viewpoint on how we can leverage data insights to push forward key initiatives across the organization
- Develop and maintain a roadmap that clearly articulates what problems we are solving, the resources required to do so, and the trade-offs we are making to solve those problems
- Become an expert on our data systems and roll-up your sleeves to self-serve and produce analyses
- Serve as connective tissue between other tech team squads to accelerate the velocity of our product development processes across Thyme Care
