Senior Product Manager, Data Sharing

Summary

Join Acxiom as a Senior Product Manager for Data Sharing and take ownership of developing and delivering the product strategy for data sharing and exchange across cloud platforms. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering stakeholders to design and validate sharing platforms and governance frameworks. Gather business requirements, plan budgets, and align stakeholders with strategic initiatives. Drive operational improvements across data providers, communicate roadmaps and progress updates, and mentor product managers, engineers, and architects. Ensure all delivered capabilities align with business goals and objectives and partner with the information security team for compliance. This role requires strong product management, engineering, and cloud platform experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years of AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• Expertise with Snowflake Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, AWS Redshift Databricks, or similar tools
• Proficient in data sharing on cloud platforms
• Proven experience in Production Service Ownership
• Familiarity with working on regulated data
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the data sharing product strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and consumers to design and validate product features
• Communicate product roadmap and provide regular status updates
• Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize tasks for engineering teams
• Understand and drive the evolution of product design, architecture, technology, and features
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Acxiom's functional and business objectives
• Ensure all delivered capabilities align with initial business goals and objectives
• Work closely with other product managers, engineers, and architects to drive successful outcomes
• Partner with the information security team to ensure full compliance with security standards
