Summary

Join us in shaping the future of data integration and driving customer success! As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our Data Integrations team, focusing on the convergence of Supermetrics and Relay42 platforms. This critical role involves defining the product strategy for inbound and outbound data integrations, driving platform convergence across teams, balancing customer and internal needs, and serving as a bridge between user requirements and backend capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams, define integration patterns and standards, facilitate discovery efforts, and manage technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within API-driven integrations or data-related products.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager involved in API-driven integrations or data-related products
  • Strong technical literacy. Able to discuss REST APIs, OAuth flows, data schemas, and system boundaries with engineering
  • Highly effective in communication; adept at turning business demands into clear technical guidelines
  • Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity toward clarity and execution
  • Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders in product, commercial, and engineering organizations
  • Experience with CDPs, ETL pipelines, or MarTech/AdTech platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architectures and customer data activation use cases
  • Understanding of connector maintenance challenges (rate limits, auth token refresh, schema drift)
  • Comfort working with hybrid legacy + modern platforms during transitional phases

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy for both inbound (e.g., marketing APIs, CRM connectors) and outbound (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, CDP, and ad platform destinations) data integrations within the Relay42 context
  • Drive platform convergence by working closely with teams across Supermetrics and Relay42 to define how shared capabilities evolve, ensuring architectural alignment and maximum reusability
  • Balance customer and internal needs , managing the roadmap across competing demands from enterprise customers, implementation consultants, data teams, and internal product stakeholders
  • Serve as the connective tissue between user-facing integration requirements and backend platform capabilities, especially as we define what β€œstandard” integration behaviors and capabilities look like across the merged product
  • Collaborate across teams , including engineering, product marketing, customer success, and partnerships to align priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure a high-quality developer and customer experience
  • Define integration patterns and standards, helping to scale integration development across a growing set of use cases and platforms
  • Facilitate discovery efforts , working through ambiguity to uncover real customer jobs-to-be-done, validate hypotheses, and prototype quickly
  • Manage technical stakeholders , including architects and platform leads, ensuring implementation approaches are viable, scalable, and forward-compatible with both systems
  • Build and evolve a coherent roadmap for Relay42 data integrations across sources (input) and destinations (output)
  • Translate technical complexity into business value and user outcomes
  • Define user stories and functional specs for ingestion and export flows, covering setup, authentication, data mapping, scheduling, etc
  • Ensure integrations are performant, secure, and compliant with platform expectations
  • Contribute to the long-term platform vision β€” particularly around unifying data schema, access control, and processing models
  • Track adoption metrics and quality KPIs for data integrations
  • Own the partner integration experience where applicable (e.g., custom source/destination onboarding)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, especially in marketing or data orchestration tools
  • Experience leading cross-org integration work post-acquisition
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud data warehouses and reverse ETL use cases

Benefits

  • Generous paid time off
  • Flexible remote policy
  • Attractive pay structure, including equity
  • Excellent work equipment
  • Free Lunch in the office
  • Mental health support through nilo.health
