Summary
Join HashiCorp as a Senior Product Manager and lead the strategy and vision for HCP logging and notification capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to define the roadmap and execute with cross-functional teams. Conduct user research, prioritize the roadmap, and develop user journeys. Collaborate with design and engineering teams on implementation and communicate product status to all partners. This role requires 8+ years of product management experience with developer products and a deep understanding of the enterprise logging and notification space. Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with developer products
- Demonstrated success delivering and scaling delightful cloud products or platforms cross-functionally
- Deep knowledge of the enterprise logging and notification space and market needs
- High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using data to understand how customers adopt and use products
- Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and vision for HCP logging and notification capabilities
- Craft the product story by understanding the logging and notification landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles
- Conduct user research and customer discovery work teaming up with the design team to define and review design prototypes
- Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers, field teams, and ecosystem partners
- Develop JTBD and Critical User Journeys in collaboration with Design for the targeted Persona as part of the discovery process
- Write detailed problem requirement documents to set the context for the product delivery
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering partners on implementation
- Communicate product status to all partners. Keep sales, support, and marketing updated on feature releases and keep engineering informed on feature requests
- Enable go-to-market by educating on the product story and collaterals
