Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience working closely with engineering teams on technically-complex products
• Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization
• Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas
• Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion
• Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industries

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap and vision for configuration, enabling efficient and scalable system setup for calculators, agreements, and job classifications
• Partner with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, Client Operations, and leadership—to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions
• Provide guidance for engineering and design, developing clear and detailed product requirements that support configuration and setup needs
• Relentlessly pursue a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems, focusing on reducing the complexity and pain points in project configuration
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize the most impactful problems, track product performance, and implement enhancements that align with Wrapbook’s growth objectives
