Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience
  • Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) teams to define and implement requirements
  • Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data
  • Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization
  • Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas
  • Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate
  • Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion
  • Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and vision for the company & project onboarding team’s ownership areas
  • Work with leadership to prioritize and deliver value to customers
  • Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers
  • Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems
