Senior Product Manager - Payments

Join Hostaway, a leading SaaS company transforming the vacation rental industry, as a Senior Product Manager. This fully remote role (within Europe) focuses on B2B2C product features, including payments integrations, guest payments, and invoicing. You will drive the Payments team, develop impactful product roadmaps using data analysis, and engage with customers to gather insights. Responsibilities include evolving the payments domain, prioritizing features based on data, conducting user research, and collaborating with other product leaders. Success requires significant experience in SaaS product management, particularly within payments, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally within the Payments domain
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and guide strategic decisions
• Proven ability to independently solve complex problems using structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent product specification skills with attention to detail and strategic alignment
• Demonstrated capability in project execution, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring product reliability
• Ability to create comprehensive, forward-looking product roadmaps that balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus amongst team members and various management levels
• Strong experience conducting user research and effectively translating customer insights into actionable product strategies

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of our Payments domain, leading the launch and optimisation of our B2B and B2C payments product features for Property Managers, Owners and guests while ensuring robust security standards and PCI compliance
• Use data to guide prioritization of features, establish KPIs such as authorization rate, and surface insights to drive measurable improvements in payment conversion, cost, and reliability
• Engage with customers directly, particularly those who provide critical feedback and conduct user interviews to gather insights on pain points and develop actionable plans to improve customer experiences and optimize features based on recurring themes
• Engage other product leaders within Hostaway’s teams to define development priorities for the product, gather requirements, and define scopes
• Develop and maintain forward-looking product roadmaps, balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategic vision and aligning stakeholders
