Requirements

  • Proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in ecommerce, payments and/or SaaS products
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach
  • A collaborative mindset, able to forge strong relationships, influence without authority, and lead teams
  • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, and building high-quality software on time
  • Solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
  • Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time zones
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
  • Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools

Responsibilities

  • Craft feature and scope definitions balancing customer, business, and implementation perspectives
  • Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction
  • Create easily understood product delivery plans and requirements with technical and design teams
  • Drive implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap
  • Contribute and evaluate new product concepts for future roadmap plans
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams for successful product launches
  • Define and report on product success
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Become the Product SME for owned product offerings
  • Contribute to wider team goals, even outside your role's strict scope

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Understanding of payments, ecommerce, invoicing, and other retail merchant workflow products
  • Retail and eCommerce industry experience
