Senior Product Manager, Program Definition

Summary

Join Vanta as a Senior Product Manager, Program Definition, and contribute to securing the internet and protecting consumer data. You will be responsible for the efficacy and impact of product features, owning the customer voice and prioritization for your team. Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to serve customers throughout their Vanta journey. Scale tools and workflows to support mid-market and enterprise customers' onboarding, management, and evolution of their security and compliance programs. You will deeply understand customers and the market, own the vision and strategy for Program Definition, and define the broader Vanta GRC strategy. Deliver high-quality products addressing customer pain points and creating competitive advantages. Help shape Vanta's product team culture.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers in the SaaS/B2B space
• Have experience and an interest in shipping AI products or leveraging AI technology to solve customer problems
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reach out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
• Ability to disambiguate complex problem areas, with the analytical skills to make data driven recommendations and decisions
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives

• Own the vision and strategy for Program Definition and play a key role in defining the broader Vanta GRC strategy
• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
• Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
• Help define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
