Requirements

  • Solid experience as a product manager with experience in the risk domain
  • Understanding of digital banking products with an emphasis on payments and money movement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues
  • Ability to translate information effectively across the organization to sales, legal, engineering, and finance
  • Demonstrated excellence in making informed judgments, and setting priorities in ambiguous situations
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Advanced/Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for building a world-class risk platform
  • Define and build the capabilities to quantify, monitor, and mitigate the financial risks the organization faces
  • Partner with data science and work directly with engineering to define detailed requirements
  • Co-lead the Agile scrum team with an engineering counterpart to deliver the product roadmap
  • Drive sprint planning, story prioritization, and product backlog grooming with the scrum team
  • Collaborate in technical design and architecture to find innovative and efficient solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
