Summary

Join Playson and own the development of the Promo Tools roadmap, encompassing Jackpots, Tournaments, and other engagement features. You will define and optimize promo mechanics using data-driven insights and A/B testing, analyzing player engagement to maximize retention. Research industry trends and collaborate with teams to launch new features. Lead cross-functional teams and present strategies to C-level executives. Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B iGaming (real-money slots)
  • Proven track record in promo mechanics development (Jackpots, Free Spins, Missions, Cash Blast, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset —experience defining KPIs, running A/B tests, and optimizing player engagement features
  • Deep understanding of player psychology & promo tool effectiveness
  • Strategic thinking & problem-solving —ability to translate business needs into actionable promo solutions
  • Experience presenting product strategy & performance to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Excellent communication skills —able to align teams, explain complex ideas, and drive execution

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Promo Tools roadmap, including Jackpots, Tournaments, Free Spins, Short Races, and other engagement features
  • Define and optimize promo mechanics based on data-driven insights, market research, and A/B testing
  • Analyze player engagement metrics and continuously iterate to maximize retention and operator success
  • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Playson’s promo tools remain market-leading
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to define business requirements, prioritize development, and launch new features
  • Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to execute on the product vision
  • Present strategies and roadmaps to C-level executives, driving strategic alignment and business growth
