Summary

Join Playson as a Senior Product Owner for Promo Tools and lead the development of engaging promotional mechanics like Jackpots, Free Spins, and Tournaments. You will own the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data and stakeholder feedback. Responsibilities include defining and evolving promo mechanics, analyzing performance metrics, and validating ideas through A/B testing. Collaboration with design, commercial, and technical teams is crucial to translate business goals into executable product work. You will also keep Playson competitive by identifying emerging trends. This role requires experience in iGaming or a related field, a strong understanding of player behavior, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in iGaming, mobile gaming, or gamification-focused B2B environments
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing promo tools , such as jackpots, tournaments, missions, and real-time reward systems
  • Strong grasp of player behavior and lifecycle engagement , as well as operator motivations and constraints
  • Data confidence : you’re fluent in KPIs, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and spotting real impact—not vanity metrics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, analysts, and sales teams in agile environments
  • Clear, proactive communication style—able to influence and align execs, engineers, and partners with clarity and credibility
  • Comfortable diving into technical discussions and understanding implementation realities, even if you’re not the one writing code

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for promo engagement features, prioritizing initiatives based on player behavior insights, operator feedback, and measurable business impact
  • Define and evolve promo mechanics using competitor benchmarks, behavioral patterns, and hands-on experimentation
  • Analyze engagement, retention, and operator satisfaction metrics to improve tool performance and surface actionable insights
  • Validate and refine ideas through structured A/B testing, KPI tracking, and iteration , ensuring only high-impact features reach the finish line
  • Partner with design, commercial, and technical teams to translate business goals into executable product work, balancing speed and scalability
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with stakeholders across the organization—including regular updates to C-level on roadmap progress, test outcomes, and growth opportunities
  • Keep Playson competitive , proactively identifying emerging trends and opportunities to future-proof our promo stack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have built promo systems from scratch or scaled MVPs into high-adoption products
  • Bring insights from adjacent spaces (e.g., gamified fintech, mobile apps, retention marketing)
