Join Leadtech as a Senior CRO Product Manager and define, coordinate, and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates, engagement, and user retention across multiple websites. Collaborate closely with the Product team and other departments to prioritize goals and ensure business growth. Analyze user behavior and data to identify actionable insights, aligning CRO initiatives with product owners and designers. Define CRO requirements, execute developments with the development team, and report on results. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience and conversion rates. Communicate opportunities and innovations to the product team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment
  • Technology passionate. Used to working with IT suppliers and familiar with technical integrations
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use cases, user stories, user journeys, and flows
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently to conduct players' research and analyze markets
  • Excellent communication skills, a team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments

Responsibilities

  • Under the management of the Product Manager, coordinate and execute the Product strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention
  • Ability to research and analyze markets and competitors, including types of devices, usability, languages, and all related functionalities
  • Analyze user behavior and data to find actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels
  • Align the CRO initiatives, working closely with the product owners, UX/UI designers, Product Analyst, Departments, and Product Manager
  • Define the CRO requirements in detail and execute the developments with the development team's collaboration, and ensure the deliverable meets the requirements on the agreed time
  • Analyze and report the CRO impact results, providing data and recommendations
  • Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve the user journey experience to optimize the overall conversion rates
  • Ability to dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations
  • Communicate opportunities, new trends, and innovation to the product team and Product Manager

Preferred Qualifications

Experience running A/B tests. Ideally, experience with the VWO tool
