Senior Production Designer

Summary

Join Truelogic, a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services, as a Senior Production Designer. You will be a key member of the creative team, responsible for high-quality design across various platforms. This role involves creating visually compelling designs for diverse assets, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging AI tools for efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and stay updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of experience in production design, proficiency in design software, and expertise in social media design.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in production design, with a strong background in delivering assets across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, CRM, etc.)
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other industry-standard design software
• Expertise in designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Deep understanding of brand guidelines and experience maintaining brand consistency
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and mentorship skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of assets, including marketing materials, presentations, video assets, display ads, social media content, CRM materials, and more
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and explore new creative possibilities
• Perform detailed QC checks on all design assets to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and high-quality standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including project managers, creative directors, and developers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering their growth and development
• Stay abreast of industry trends, explore new design techniques, and contribute to the team's continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway)
