Summary
Join Trilogy Federal in supporting a large program office within the Veterans Health Administration as a motivated and independent Senior Program Analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines
- Experience making live edits to documents and other artifacts while screensharing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues
- Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Review highly complex veteran and family member files and other supporting areas that manage the care for the veteran and communicate with employees and leadership on issues that may arise
- Identification, management, facilitation of large/highly complex resource requirements/challenges/inefficiencies for program operations, cross-functional communications, and budgeting
- Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit(s)
- Assist in conducting analyses of specific issues and identification of alternatives
- Assist in creating and presenting executive-level briefings and presentations on project status, risks, issues, and strategies
- Support client in developing and maintaining project management artifacts to include, but not limited to: Process Flows, Action Item Logs, Risk Registers, Test Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Executive Summaries
- Capture spoken information in real-time in documents and spreadsheets (e.g., live edits to documents, capture of questions and answers during presentations, etc.)
- Ad hoc and other strategic support tasks, as assigned by client and project manager
Preferred Qualifications
- VA or Federal experience
- Prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health etc.)
- PMP certified
- Availability to work from the Trilogy office in Arlington, VA 1-2 times per month
