Join Blue Water Thinking as a Senior Program Analyst - Informatics to support a large project at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and contribute to analyzing and evaluating healthcare program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program analysis, evaluation, and management
• Proven experience in a large-scale integrated Health Care System
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support VHA in analyzing and evaluating healthcare program effectiveness
• Conduct systematic reviews to assess the quality of current and future VHA programs and identify areas for improvement
• Measure success, outcomes, and improvements of programs
• Assist VHA in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectives
• Provide input on program evaluation and improvement to enhance organizational and project performance
• Assist in the identification of program resources and develop comprehensive program reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with VHA’s mission and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• Experience with substantive programs focused on Veterans’ health care and outreach
• Certification in Project Management or Program Evaluation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
