Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years work experience in Engineering, Education, Training & Certification, Product Management, or similar field in SaaS organizations with strong exposure to go-to-market strategy
- Experience with hands-on lab platforms and LMS platforms
- Dedication to thoroughness and effective execution, with a strong ability to take accountability for outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience
- Data-driven decision-making, including using available data or establishing new processes to capture vital information for informed decisions
- Comfortable working on a fully distributed team
- Demonstrated ability to structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze and share crucial metrics across the LMS and integrated learning tooling, collaborating with the content development team, curriculum infrastructure team, IT and Marketing Operations to identify optimization opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure system reliability
- Help identify gaps in our current processes and recommend practical solutions to enhance how we manage content development, cross-team collaboration, and content publication and release campaigns
- Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the process to ensure clarity and traceability of requirements, analyses, recommendations, and system diagrams
- Support the Learning Management System in place, including ongoing configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with vendor and internal teams to ensure alignment with Curriculum and overall company goals
- Stay up to date with LMS vendor capabilities
- Keep internal resources up to date, including project tools, FAQs, and documentation, so the entire team remains aligned
- Partner closely with leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate Education bookings and revenue growth, and improve productivity
- Build, maintain, and improve systems, tools and dashboards to support the needs of the team and key collaborators
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance/user metrics, Key Performance Indicators and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management on topics from go-to-market strategies, resource allocation and more
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes, policy and tools to drive productivity and remove friction in the Education organization
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain clear and consistent communication with all internal partners, providing regular updates, challenges, and successes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce; admin experience is a bonus
- Experience or interest in AI-powered tools
