Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, leading cross-functional and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, high-level projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and Jira
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
• A proven ability to thrive in remote, hyper-growth startup environments with high levels of ambiguity
• A track record of fostering an Agile culture to deliver iterative and continuous improvements
• Project Management certifications such as; Agile, PMP, PMBOK, Six Sigma etc

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale, high-impact programs that span G&A, Marketing, Clinical, Tech, and other teams
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable, detailed plans, balancing risks and organizational priorities
• Cultivate an Agile mindset, promoting flexibility, adaptability, and iterative improvements across teams
• Manage and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear task prioritization, accountability, and timely execution
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team performance
• Work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems, manage interdependencies, and maintain program momentum
• Leverage tools like Asana and Jira to manage workflows, dependencies, and program documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telehealth, medical, or clinical space
• Knowledge of D2C models and/or regulated industries
• Previous experience in a hyper-growth environment or startup setting
