Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience, leading cross-functional and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, high-level projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and Jira
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- A proven ability to thrive in remote, hyper-growth startup environments with high levels of ambiguity
- A track record of fostering an Agile culture to deliver iterative and continuous improvements
- Project Management certifications such as; Agile, PMP, PMBOK, Six Sigma etc
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale, high-impact programs that span G&A, Marketing, Clinical, Tech, and other teams
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable, detailed plans, balancing risks and organizational priorities
- Cultivate an Agile mindset, promoting flexibility, adaptability, and iterative improvements across teams
- Manage and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear task prioritization, accountability, and timely execution
- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team performance
- Work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems, manage interdependencies, and maintain program momentum
- Leverage tools like Asana and Jira to manage workflows, dependencies, and program documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telehealth, medical, or clinical space
- Knowledge of D2C models and/or regulated industries
- Previous experience in a hyper-growth environment or startup setting
