Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with project management and CRM software
- Formal project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Experience supporting executive-level business development and investor relations
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans across business development, fundraising, and operational workstreams
- Implement and manage robust project management systems to track multiple concurrent initiatives
- Drive accountability across executive and operational teams
- Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and dependencies
- Manage executive-level relationship pipeline using CRM systems
- Coordinate high-profile meeting scheduling and follow-up protocols
- Track and drive completion of partnership documentation and deliverables
- Support global business development campaigns (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe)
- Manage investor relationship tracking and communication workflows
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of fundraising materials
- Support due diligence processes and documentation
- Track and report on key Series B readiness metrics
