Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Commencis as a Senior Project Manager and become a key member of our PMO team. Lead and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful delivery within budget and timelines. Develop and maintain project plans, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Maintain effective communication with clients, manage expectations, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA or Master's degree a plus), 7+ years of IT and project management experience, including international projects, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master’s degree is a plus
• Min 7+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area
• Experience in international projects
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and being detail-oriented
• Able to work in a very dynamic workplace
• Strong knowledge of software development processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Understand and evaluate competitive products
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure projects align with company strategy, goals, and commitments
• Develop and maintain project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements
• Deliver projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope constraints
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards
• Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to empower them in achieving project objectives
• Identify, acquire, and allocate necessary resources while assigning individual responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for daily client communications
• Set and manage client expectations effectively
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities with existing clients
