Join D2L as a Senior Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects that support D2L’s strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for change management. You will leverage AI and automation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency, collaborating with Program Managers on complex programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced, global, high-growth SaaS markets, with education technology experience a plus. Responsibilities
- Drive Project Success : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects . Independently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Enhance Efficiency and Effectiveness : Independently and consistently apply D2L’s standard PMO practices, processes, and tools to optimize performance across the organization
- Adaptable Methodologies : Utilize waterfall, agile, and hybrid practices as appropriate to ensure flexibility and responsiveness
- Risk and Change Management : Independently and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to support teams and ensure successful project delivery
- Transparent and Clear Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and report progress
- Change Management Champion : Implement and champion D2L’s Change Management Framework
- AI and Automation : Leverage AI and automation enhance project outcomes and efficiency
- Program Management Support : Support Program Managers on broader strategic initiatives
- Contribute to Excellence : Advance the development of a best-in-class program management office

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related
- Agile, Project Management, and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus (i.e., PMP, Six Sigma CSM, SAFe, Prosci)
