Summary

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cumputer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in Professional Services
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
  • PMP Certification and Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent)
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and/or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications
  • Experience delivering Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (VM) and AI/ML projects
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from kickoff to go-live, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client outcomes
  • Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs
  • Monitor project performance against key metrics and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Manage project budgets including forecasting, expense tracking, and margin optimization
  • Identify resource gaps and collaborate cross-functionally to address constraints
  • Drive profitability while delivering measurable client value
  • Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and understanding client goals
  • Anticipate challenges and position clients for success through strategic guidance
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to pursue new business
  • Ensure client satisfaction and positive delivery team experience
  • Lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and consultants
  • Foster a collaborative culture of trust, learning, and professional development
  • Demonstrate best practices in project management and client engagement
  • Identify and assess risks impacting project delivery
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor risk and issues and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions
