Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join ELEKS Project Management Office as a Senior Project Manager in Poland or Croatia and work with a leading British renewable energy company specializing in zero-carbon power generation. You will manage mid- to large-scale, fixed-price IT projects, utilizing your expertise in Scrum, PMBOK, and Earned Value Management. Responsibilities include defining project scope, developing plans, tracking milestones, monitoring budgets, and resolving conflicts. The ideal candidate possesses 5-6 years of IT project management experience in large corporate environments and advanced English communication skills. Requirements

• 5–6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environments
• Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projects
• Strong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, etc.)
• Proficiency in Scrum
• Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Advanced English
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools
• Effectively analyze and report on project status
• Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment
• Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams
• Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle
• Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects
• Set and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve conflicts within a project team
• Motivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasks
