Requirements

  • 4+ years in managing software development projects (including software house/agency environment), ability to act as a Scrum Master and Product Owner if needed, strong command of written and spoken English (C1)
  • 4+ years of experience in project management gained in a software house
  • A track record of managing software product development projects
  • SCRUM (or other Agile) development method experience
  • A person who subscribes to our company values – a constant learner and knowledge sharer
  • Perfect communication skills and out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
  • Passion for technology
  • English skills on at least a C1 level (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer – an excellent communicator, diplomat, and negotiator
  • Follow the current trends in the web and mobile technologies
  • Be deeply engaged in co-creating the vision for the product, understanding the user-centric approach to design, and consulting the client in creating a great product in a lean, MVP-first way
  • Be a project coordinator and administrator – facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, solving issues, mitigating risks, keeping the project budget in check, upholding the project timeline, and taking care of the project staffing
