Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic oversight
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient project execution
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, maintaining focus and quality under pressure
• Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful execution of campaign objectives
• Take ownership of project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, providing strategic guidance and problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Manage various project assets
• Maintain quality control
• Implement best practices to optimize processes
• Lead client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions, ensuring strategic discussions and clear action plans
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, effectively communicating campaign objectives and expectations
• Oversee and streamline internal communications for asset development, ensuring alignment across teams
• Manage and communicate internal and external feedback through Airtable, facilitating transparency and efficiency
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, approvals, and any necessary escalations
• Own project tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring tasks are completed, quality-checked, and closed out in project management software
• Develop and maintain key tracking documents, including Creative Tracker, Production Timeline, and Budget Trackers, to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Provide accurate and strategic project estimates to support budgeting, resource planning, and operational efficiency
• Ensure all client deadlines are met, proactively managing schedules and addressing any risks or delays
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to 1–2 direct reports, fostering professional growth and efficiency
• Lead the development of campaign timelines and schedules, ensuring internal alignment before client approval
• Champion quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards, campaign-specific aesthetics, and branding guidelines
• Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions to optimize workflow and project execution
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, setting the standard for project management excellence
• Lead RFP pricing development in the absence of the Director of Project Management, ensuring competitive and strategic proposals
• Oversee project budgets, optimizing resources while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Implement and refine best practices to improve project management processes and enhance team performance
• Ensure seamless execution of production workflows, acting as a key decision-maker in project planning and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in project management software; experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google Sheets is a plus
