Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, as a Sr. Project Manager and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. You will build campaign timelines, maintain tracker documents, ensure deliverables meet company standards, provide accurate project estimates, and collaborate with internal teams. The role involves client communication, participation in meetings, and maintaining attention to detail. You will oversee 1-2 direct reports. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position based anywhere in Mexico. The company offers a casual and empowering work environment with room for growth. Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively
• Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities

• Build campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally & with the client
• Create and maintain internal & external tracker documents, including Internal Creative Tracker (to manage approvals), Production Timeline, and Creative Count/Budget Trackers
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards through QA
• Actively review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out
• Provide accurate estimates for projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management
• Oversee 1-2 direct reports
