Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech environment
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
- Expertise in creating and managing work plans, project briefs, timelines, and impact assessments (RICE, ROI, etc.)
- Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools; comfort working across multiple product and engineering backlogs
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles and omnichannel media workflows
- Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and supporting budget management activities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision and strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, roadmaps, and workstreams
- Lead enterprise-level backlog grooming and radical prioritization exercises to ensure high-impact focus
- Build and maintain agile project frameworks, including RICE scoring, A/B test design, pricing strategy development, and agile road mapping
- Define clear RACI matrices for all projects, managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring accountability
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define and document technical requirements, workflows, and user stories
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with a focus on iteration and impact
- Partner with commercial media programsβ leads to define and prioritize functional and technical requirements aligned to the digital experience roadmap for specific clients
- Support development of program estimates, timelines, and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assess performance metrics, identify issues, and facilitate troubleshooting for underperforming programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare media, HCP marketing, or a digital publishing environment
- Exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or experience optimization platforms
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
