Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or related fields
• Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
• Experience bridging business goals and technology implementation
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Developing and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Championing Agile practices and iterative delivery approaches across project teams
• Identifying project risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies
• Tracking project performance and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitating retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
• Guiding cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding project scope that align with client needs and add business value

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Background in IT support and/or software development is a strong advantage
