Senior Project Manager, Remote - Philippines

Summary

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects, governance documentation, product management roadmap, and provide updates. They will also engage with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and provide administrative support in senior management meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Project Management Office (PMO)
• At least 3 years’ experience in the planning, design, development, implementation, and support of project teams within a PMO
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS agile product management
• Working experience with MS Office and HubSpot
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present meaningful insights
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the company’s leadership and client key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed
• Ensure projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements
• Provide project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders
• Draft, update, and manage project management governance documentation
• Actively interact with project stakeholders to ensure completeness, approval, and dissemination of project governance documentation
• Actively manage a SaaS, agile product management roadmap with partnership with company’s customer success, development and marketing
• Provide administrative support in senior management meetings, including drafting meeting minutes and summaries
• Monitor and analyze project progress and compliance, proactively advising management of deviations, risks, and issues
• Engage with project stakeholders to discuss new and ongoing project statuses, provide updates on risks and issues, and discuss risk mitigation and issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
