Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems. You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and final delivery. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with extensive experience in SAP EWM implementations and logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and system integrators. The position involves regular travel to client sites (approximately one week per month). Success in this role demands a deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain execution, and warehouse automation technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
  • Strong background in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded or Decentralized)
  • Familiarity with SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, TM) and integration points
  • Solid understanding of warehouse automation technologies and integration with SAP
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests using structured project management methodologies
  • Coordinate and oversee all project phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) in accordance with SAP Activate methodology
  • Ensure integration of SAP EWM with logistics execution systems, transportation systems, and warehouse automation tools (e.g., conveyors, ASRS, AMRs, etc.)
  • Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure functional alignment and user adoption
  • Track and report project KPIs, budget adherence, milestones, and progress to steering committees and senior management
  • Support and ensure effective user training, hypercare, and transition to support post go-live
  • Manage project governance structure, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare executive-level project documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Traveling to client site will be requested with a frequency of 1 week/month
