Senior Project Manager

Summary

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related STEM field
• 15+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on Federal IT programs
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• PMP Certified

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract including staffing, financial management, technical and programmatic reporting
• Oversee employees and subcontractors
• Direct the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the program from the technical and administrative areas
• Maintain the technical/cost/schedule baseline and generate deliverables
• Operate as the Task Order Lead & work with the customer to define tasks and set expectations
