Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce delivery projects
• Strong experience in Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies
• A proactive, driven mindset – someone who is not afraid to hold teams accountable and ensure progress
• Confident in Jira, including JQL queries and dashboard creation for reporting
• Ability to manage and track dependencies that fall outside of the Agile delivery process, ensuring alignment with other teams or vendors operating under different methodologies
• Strong proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project / Smartsheet to compile project plans
• RAID management skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and issue resolutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce delivery projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Implement Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to optimize project outcomes
• Serve as a Scrum Master, driving Agile best practices within cross-functional teams
• Proactively track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment across teams and external vendors operating under different methodologies
• Utilize JIRA, including JQL queries and dashboard creation, for effective reporting and issue tracking
• Develop and maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) with a strong focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Hold teams accountable for their deliverables, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with business objectives
