Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including API integrations - ideally in transit, payments, the public sector or enterprise environment
  • Track record of leading multi-vendor projects and collaborating with system integrators
  • Skilled in Agile delivery; experience with SAFe is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Adept at building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating ambiguity
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience in transformation and change management, ideally within the public sector

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs involving fare payment, ABT (Account-Based Ticketing), and open payments in a SaaS environment
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to scope, schedule, and budget across multiple workstreams
  • Serve as the primary contact for transit agencies, system integrators, and internal teams
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, aligning business, technical, and operational priorities
  • Provide expert guidance on delivery governance, best practices, and solution trade-offs
  • Support Agile delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters, including PI planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, interdependencies, and blockers across programs
  • Report project status, milestones, and KPIs to Program leadership and external partners
  • Communicate progress clearly, reporting milestones, KPIs, and risks to leadership and partners
  • Support contract execution, vendor coordination, and financial governance
  • Oversee delivery performance against budget and margin targets, ensuring accuracy in scope, change control, and invoicing
  • Contribute to bids and proposals, working with Business Development and Account Managers to assess feasibility and scope new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Agile or SAFe certifications are a plus
