Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Apply Digital as a Senior Project Manager and build strong client relationships while championing Agile best practices. You will define client requirements, manage project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience in web or mobile development, proficiency in agile frameworks, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in web or mobile development
• Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as a Scrum Master
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Fluent English is a must

Responsibilities

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred
• Proven relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating project alignment and driving successful collaboration
• Skilled in creating actionable plans in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing timelines, resources, and ambiguity to ensure project success
