Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years experience in project management
  • Experienced in IT/Digital Supply Chain & Logistics Projects
  • Primarily supporting projects for 3 rd party tools that integrate with SAP and QAD
  • Experience implementing manufacturing systems (SCADA, MES, ERP)
  • PMO Methodology flexibility (Product Management, Agile methodologies, Release Planning, working in a self-directed team)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (proficient)
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Flexibility in Schedule (evening meetings or early mornings)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Global Program Manager
  • Hold vendor partners accountable for delivery timelines
  • Reporting out and escalating to leadership as needed
  • Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds
  • Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the resources needed for each project
  • Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline the execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost
  • Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Low Code Platform development
  • Experience in OCM for critical systems
  • Backlog Management techniques
  • Process documentation
