Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, with significant experience in B2B and retail media industries
• Proven track record in managing successful media relations campaigns and securing high-impact media coverage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft strategic narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies as they relate to public relations
• Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR software

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive media relations strategy that aligns with Pacvue’s business goals and enhances our brand visibility in the B2B sector
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry analysts, and influencers within the retail media and eCommerce industry
• Lead the creation of compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials that effectively convey our value proposition and innovations
• Serve as a spokesperson and media contact for the company, ensuring consistent and positive representation of Pacvue across all media platforms
• Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including media interviews, press conferences, and industry events
• Monitor media coverage and provide insights and analysis to senior management on industry trends and potential PR opportunities or challenges
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate PR initiatives into broader marketing efforts
• Oversee PR agencies and vendors as necessary, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and maximizing our investment in public relations
