Senior Python Backend Engineer

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing robust, scalable backend services using Python
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines
• Experience with multi-agent systems, including frameworks like LangChain or similar
• Hands-on experience with TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) technologies
• Proficiency in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services that power our advanced AI and multi-agent platforms in Nowutalk
• Contribute to the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of micro-services architecture and best practices for scalability and performance
• Experience with advanced data processing techniques for optimizing model inference
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment
• Understanding of coordination protocols for multi-agent architectures
• Prior experience working with high-performance AI-driven systems
