Requirements

• Knowledge of automated functional and non-functional testing across a variety of devices supported by React Native
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Robot Framework and another framework for mobile device testing
• Proficiency in creating automation frameworks from scratch, adhering to best practices and standards
• Experience with manual testing in mobile applications (Android and iOS)
• 7+ years of commercial experience in automation testing
• Experience in setting up CI/CD environments for testing
• Knowledge in web testing frameworks
• Skills in leading QA teams, ensuring high-quality standards and effective collaboration
• Fluent English (C1), both spoken (for meetings) and written
• Knowledge of using tools like Charles, Postman or similar
• Knowledge about performance testing approach and methodology
• Independence of working throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle
• Familiarity with creating various testing requirements for engineers, management, and stakeholders (test scenarios, test cases, post-test reports, etc.) is required
• Drivenness towards learning new technologies and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Ability to quickly gain new technical expertise
• Great communication and team player skills
• Proactiveness and self-drivenness

Responsibilities

• Conducting automated functional and non-functional tests on various devices supported by React Native
• Performing manual functional and non-functional tests on various devices supported by React Native
• Translating business requirements into testing scenarios, ensuring they are incorporated early in the software development lifecycle following a shift-left approach
• Report bugs while adhering to current business requirements
• Create various testing documents for engineers, management, and stakeholders
• Work on React Native applications used by millions of people worldwide
• Develop solutions that deliver tangible benefits for the client
• Creating and experimenting with new frameworks for Proof of Concept both internally for mentoring and for clients
• Effectively collaborate with all levels within the company, from engineers (Dev, QA) to PMs, BAs, PR, stakeholders, and the CTO across different countries and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with testing on the web, TV, watches, and desktop platforms is a plus
• Passion about the open source mission (documented contributions to any open source project would be a huge plus)
