Senior QA Automation Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests, integrating tests with CI/CD, collaborating with engineers and product managers, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in test automation, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Cypress, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Test Automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in automation tools (Cypress, Rest Assured, etc.)
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar) and processes
• Experience in building Test Automation Frameworks and in continuous delivery/continuous testing environment
• Experienced in building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Able to combine automation skills with manual part of testing (Exploratory)
• Very good spoken and written English (at least B2)
• Very good spoken and written Polish (at least B2)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing requirements and user stories to provide feedback
• Designing, developing, and executing automated tests and frameworks (Cypress, Rest Assured, etc.)
• Integrating tests with CI/CD (Jenkins) and driving continuous testing
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking issues
• Collaborating with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure quality
• Participating in exploratory testing and test design sessions
• Taking a holistic approach to testing to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Critically assessing what to automate, balancing risk, cost, and value
