Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in financial or capital markets domains
• Proven experience in automated and manual testing of complex financial systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-system environments
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk-based testing strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead QA processes for financial market applications, ensuring the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for stress testing and market risk systems
• Work collaboratively with development, business analysis, and product teams to align QA activities with the software development lifecycle
• Conduct performance, stress, and regression testing on financial systems
• Manage and maintain test environments in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
• Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in QA and testing methodologies
• Drive automation in testing using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter plug-ins
