Requirements

• 8+ years in software testing, preferably in the banking/insurance sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in automated and manual testing of complex financial systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-system environments
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk-based testing strategies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Testing Leads to define requirements and test cases
• Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring software meets business objectives
• Support UAT and integration testing, reporting on bugs, risks, and test status
• Apply industry best practices for testing, quality assurance, and process improvement
