Requirements
- Possess a focus on quality, understanding the big picture and striving to improve quality and velocity
- Have in-depth experience with testing desktop, web, and/or mobile applications, and deep knowledge of automation using tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and Playwright
- Have implemented the test pyramid and have experience working with developers and QA to shift testing left
- Have a track record of mentoring, connecting with, and improving those around you
- Think critically about the user experience and ensure the testing approach adapts to user workflows
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an autonomous team following Agile methodology and uphold and promote Hudl's values
- Create risk-based testing approaches and plans that focus on user experiences, ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations
- Make informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate testing processes to align with development speed
- Mentor team members, guiding them to improve their skills and influencing teams to incorporate quality best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with a global team and possess strong remote collaboration skills
- Be a sports enthusiast with exposure to sports through direct involvement or through an athlete or coach
