Requirements

• Multiple years in technical recruitment, preferably in Web3, AI/ML, or high-growth tech startups
• Deep understanding of the blockchain and/or AI ecosystems – or the drive to get there quickly
• Fluency in hiring senior technical roles – engineers, cryptographers, AI specialists, security experts
• An independent, proactive mindset – we move fast, and so should you
• A hacker mentality in recruiting – you don’t rely on job posts; you find talent where others don’t
• Experience recruiting globally – talent in this space is everywhere, and so are we

Responsibilities

• Hire top-tier Web3 and AI talent – from software engineers and cryptographers to AI/ML researchers
• Collaborate closely with our CTO and engineering managers – understand the technical roadmaps for blockchain and AI agent development
• Partner with leadership & hiring managers – drive hiring strategies with senior stakeholders across multiple cutting-edge domains
• Innovate & challenge the status quo – traditional recruiting won’t cut it in Web3 and AI
• Be the bridge between talent & opportunity – identifying, engaging, and securing the best in the industry
• Operate at a global scale – we hire from all over the world
