Summary

Join Jobscan, a fast-growing, remote-first startup, as a Senior Recruiter. Reporting to the Head of People, you will build an inclusive, high-performing team by recruiting and onboarding new employees. In your first 30 days, you'll meet hiring managers, write job postings, build candidate pipelines, and conduct numerous candidate interviews. Responsibilities

• Meet all the hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs
• Write job postings
• Build up a pipeline of candidates for open positions
• Talk to a lot of candidates
• Help Jobscan create an inclusive and high performing environment by recruiting and onboarding new employees who align with our values
