Summary

Join Jobscan, a fast-growing, remote-first startup, as a Senior Recruiter. Reporting to the Head of People, you will build an inclusive, high-performing team by recruiting and onboarding new employees. In your first 30 days, you'll meet hiring managers, write job postings, build candidate pipelines, and conduct numerous candidate interviews. You'll work alongside another Senior Recruiter, collaborating and sharing the workload. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to shape a dynamic company culture. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with high performing prospects

Responsibilities

  • Meet all the hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs
  • Write job postings
  • Build up a pipeline of candidates for open positions
  • Talk to a lot of candidates
  • Help Jobscan create an inclusive and high performing environment by recruiting and onboarding new employees who align with our values
