• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable hiring solutions across all verticals, from GTM to engineering
• Partner with our People Ops Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, nurturing relationships with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our employer brand
• Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 4 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment
